Today the 35 acre Upton Farm is encircled by the Upton Forest. In 1984 the Cline family donated 165 acres of the original 200 acres of
the property to the Society for
the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, for permanent protection
of the forest and beaver pond.
There are several miles of trails
and wood roads that cross the
farm land, the forest, and past
the beaver pond. The farm land includes the solar powered house and barn, the historic Upton farmhouse (maintained in its ca. 1830s style), 10 acres of fields,
and the farm pond.
